I am a Holistic Life Coach and Registered Aromatherapist. I am a USAF Security Forces Veteran, Boy Scout Leader veteran, former bass drummer in Silver Thistle Pipes and Drums, wife, mother, Memaw, and so much more.
I became an Aromatherapist later in life which led me to fulfill my passion of seeing others succeed in the field of Life Coaching. As a Holistic Life Coach I walk beside my clients and guide them in resurrecting their lives from overwhelm and I help them create lasting positive habit changes. I hold a sacred space which allows my clients true self to emerge.
God has blessed me with a natural ability to steer people in new directions and help them dive deep into self discovery.
Using a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach, and incorporating my mad Aromatherapy skills, my clients walk away with newfound choices, lasting habits, creativity, effective skills, and so much more.
